    Once worn, opened, or used — they’re final sale.

  • Sale Items, Bundles, Promo Deals
    Discounted? Bundled? Coupon-used? It’s yours for good.

  • Limited & Seasonal Drops
    One-time or special edition? No take-backs.

  • Personal Accessories (like caps, tote bags, keychains, etc.)
    For hygiene and safety reasons, accessories like caps, totes, phone cases, etc., can’t be returned once opened or used.

💔 What Counts as "Damaged"?

If your order arrives with:

  • A noticeable tear, break, or defect

  • A printing issue or product flaw

  • The wrong item or size entirely

...we’ll make it right. Just follow these steps:

  1. Contact us via Instagram or WhatsApp within 14 days of receiving your order.

  2. Send your order number, a few clear pics/videos, and a quick note explaining the issue.

  3. Once we review and approve it, we’ll offer you a refund or replacement (depending on stock availability).

💸 Refunds

  • Approved refunds go to your original payment method within 14 business days.

  • Shipping fees aren’t refundable.
